Carolyn at the front desk is the best receptionist I’ve ever seen in any office ever. She is the definition of good customer service and is just so kind. The doctors are incredible too, especially Dr. Dhruva we love her. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Bright Oaks Pediatric and more after each visit. I have always been able to get a quick sick visit and staff is always nice. Staff is playful with my son to help his anxiety, to make him feel comfortable. Hearing others talk about their pediatricians always makes me feel even more grateful. Thank you Bright Oaks.

We transferred as our previous center had closed. From dealing with with getting files transferred over the staff was very kind and followed up with me to ensure everything was complete and no issues. We saw Nurse Julia, the staff and her were extremely professional and did a great job working with little one. Highly professional and organized , we are glad we found a new place

We just started going there for our one month old and we love it so far. We love Dr. Dave!! He is easy to talk to, listens and seems to really care. He takes his time with us at each visit and we leave feeling like all questions were answered. The front desk staff are also nice and each time we call for any questions, we always get a call back within a few minutes or hours. Edit - My daughter has been a patient for 4+ years and we still love it. We love that they are open a few hours on Saturday and I have always been able to get an appointment for same day appointments. The front office staff are always nice, especially Ms. Carolyn.

Growing up I was a patient at Bright Oaks. Years later, my daughter is now a patient! We have been so impressed throughout our 7 years with Bright Oaks. They have the most accommodating hours, we have never had an issue not being able to be seen for a sick visit. Their staff is nothing short of amazing. From the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, everyone there makes you feel like you’re a part of their big family. Their NP’s and doctors are easy to talk to and take their time addressing all of your concerns. The office is newly remodeled and always clean. We couldn’t imagine trusting any other office other than Bright Oaks with our daughters well being!
