From the time the time I walked in the energy in the building was amazing. Then I had an immediate connection with Sandra the dental assistant, Dr. Lamazares was so professional, explained the steps and options available to me. Horrible phone etiquette. Keep being placed on hold when I’m simply trying to ask for the ortho department. Before I can even say anything it’s please hold. I’ve asked for ortho and they said wait ten minutes and placed me on hold. I was the old ortho manager for your company and that’s not how you treat your patients. This office used to do this when I was a manager. I highly doubt not suggest them as your office. HOWEVER, The ortho Dr is amazing!

Well being called a mouth breather repeatedly by a dentist professional was defiantly not on my list to hear while at the dentist. I came in for X-rays and initial appointment because I have an abscess under a crown that has been causing me pain. I know I also have an over bite and I am not full confident in my smile and not having dental insurance already makes it hard to want to go to the dentist. I don’t think it’s appropriate especially as a Registered Nurse myself (out of work R/T to PTSD episode which is why I don’t have insurance) to be rude to other dental professionals in front of a patient as well. Nor repeadedly say someone’s a mouth breather while she’s looking at my mouth. It further the stigma around patients not wanting to receive treatment. The only reason this is getting 3

I had such a great experience with this dental office! From the moment I called, the staff made scheduling easy and got me in quickly. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained from my treatment plan to what to expect next and how promptly they acted on it. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

I set up an appointment for exam and cleaning for 8am. Finally at 9am, I get told the price of my cleaning. I agree and they then tell me that I’ll need to make an appointment for the cleaning when I asked that appointment would be for both and they confirmed yes. They then said that they would do it now. Finally after another hour of waiting I got my cleaning. I left at 12pm. Four hours, with no empathy, apology, or explanation is unacceptable. This has been my yearly experience and they are the reason I switched my work insurance and provider for 2026. I would never recommend
