My wife scheduled me for a teeth cleaning since included in our health plan. Can't say how well they do since I walked out an hour after my appointment time, without being called. The paperwork they insisted I fill out was mostly upsell marketing questions about expensive vanity work I might want. That doesn't sell when you don't treat customers' time as having value, and don't even apologize for wasting it.

I’m always amazed by the professionalism and care I receive here. Each visit tops the last! Amber is wonderful with her attention to detail, fun stories, and amazing professionalism, and yes, she offered me two pillows. I was on cloud nine! The doctor is caring, relatable with great music taste, and always fast and precise. Kumar did an excellent job with my temporary crown and was so kind throughout the process. And Brenda deserves a huge shout out. She’s truly the go-to person for everything, from reception to X-rays to crown impressions. Thank you all for your support and the positive energy you bring. You make every visit a great experience!

getting your teeth cleaned here is TERRIBLE!! Especially if you have braces, they reapply the bands terribly and it takes forever because apparently no one in the office knows how to do it. My wires were tugged at harshly. They try to upsell you on so much for a cleaning on the most random stupidest stuff. Also there is only one office staff member who has common sense. She sits the furthest away from the door on the complete other side of the lobby, so talk to her.

I Enjoyed Bright Now Dental! The staff was Amazing, Professional, n Kind! The Dentist was very gentle! Jazmine was the Sweetest receptionist ever! Faith , n Miriam n The Dr. Assistant was AWESOME 👍
