I was pleasantly surprised at how personable and friendly everyone was. The dentist and hygienist were thoughtful; listened to me and addressed my concerns. I recommend Bright Now Dental in Lake Stevens to anyone looking for a thorough, yet pleasant, dental experience.

The new office manager has completely changed the dynamic of the Lake Stevens office. The check in experience with her was very tense and unwelcoming. In addition, there were missed signatures required for treatment resulting in unnecessary delays, loud personal phone calls, and rude comments about AND to colleagues in front of myself and other patients. This ‘lady’ along with the new gentleman working the front office area have me seeking a new dental provider after years of excellent service and treatment. Highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere .

Had a great cleaning today. My dental hygienist was very informative of how to keep my teeth and gums in top shape. Shared some ideas of products I wasn’t aware of to support my dental health.

Very thorough cleaning, however I made this appointment in May and the earliest was November so I booked that as it had been 10 months since my last cleaning. I was upset over the far out appointment. I was told I would be put on a wait list for a sooner date. I continued to call in to check availability and low and behold got in on September 3rd. No one from this office called me when September dates because available. We have been patients at this clinic for 10 years. Wasn't happy I had to continue to check for an earlier date. They should had called me

All the staff are so friendly its a good vibe walking in the clinic . Assistant are professional to keep you calm and the receptionist double checks your bill and make sure your getting charged the right and sufficient eag
