Bright Now Dental has been my dental provider for four years. They are always kind and treat patients warmly. I have never had a bad experience with my dentist or hygienist. They are very patient and always careful when cleaning my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank for taking care of me for the past 4 years.

Very thorough with my 6 months check up! Always have anxiety going to dentist but these guys from the front desk to the doctors made me feel at ease! Let me know what was going on every step of the way! Very friendly! Felt like family! I live in Puyallup but came back to this office cause I love how they treated me and my husband here! This review is for the. Tukwila office! Going to stay here too! Worth the drive 🙂

Very disappointed to say the least. I do not recommend for emergency visits. If you care about your loved ones, don’t go there. I showed up to my appointment, they couldn’t even find me in their system. Service desk associate mentioned I was added to their calendar. I made my appointment at 7:00 am, and they verified my insurance, all for nothing. Waste of time for lack if better words.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my mother, who lives in an assisted living facility, to see the dentist yesterday. She called me at 3am crying with a bad toothache. I had to hire a wheelchair accessable van to take her in. We were very late but they did see her, which would have been above and beyond amazing if they had actually helped her. She was in so much pain she couldn't get the X-rays done. The doctor wanted to refer her elsewhere like there was no workaround to getting the X-rays done. Perhaps have her come in another day when they have more time? Nope, go to UW in Seattle, goodbye! My mother's tooth was black! Pitch black. We asked this dentist for something for pain for her until she could get in somewhere else. Nope! She can take Tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain

Hello, I called to reschedule my mother’s appt for September 16th to September 24th & received no text confirmation. I called on September 24th @9am when they opened to make sure my appt was still set for that day @10am. I called just to find out they had canceled my appt & there was no doctor but NO ONE ever called to let me know. I was very frustrated & the receptionist was just giving attitude back there was a lack of communication from there part. The receptionist tried to put the blame on me for why they did not let me know which is bc I had rescheduled which made no sense. I don’t appreciate the dental office & it was going to be my mother’s first time at this office. Do not recommend.
