Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - El Cajon, CA

My mom was a patient at Bright Now Dental in El Cajon and had the best experience there. Launa Hoover, the hygienist, was very attentive to my mom’s needs and took excellent care of her. Susan Celaya, the office manager, was always kind and extremely helpful. She consistently made prompt decisions and went out of her way to accommodate our preferences.

The place is nice but when it comes to prices, lord, they want to charge you a leg and an arm. I only paid what was covered under my insurance as I didn’t need any work. My husband needed extractions and a deep cleaning but they are very pushy. That I obviously dislike. I did what i wanted and that was that. Then my husband went back and wanted to charge him for a service I had already paid for. Learning lesson, be polite and show an estimate of what you are charging and let us patients decide. Please don’t be in my face. I pay, I go where I want to go.

Officer manager Susan she’s better off working at a night club with her crazy attitude!! She doesn’t deserve to be working in healthcare she has zero professionalism zero respect we are going take further action but before we do so I wanted to warn others to be very careful do not come here what so ever ! They provide you with one rate and then when you have your appointment they increase and say the previous rate was for a certain doctor 😂 what a joke and if you try to speak with Susan she snaps at you rather than being of any help or hearing you at. My son has been going here for 1 year straight and they still have not starting his treatment despite us paying sky rocket rates out of pocket you would at least want them to provide you with good service I would absolutely not recommend this

If I could give out 0 stars I would, honestly dealing with their management was a struggle of its own let alone the appointment itself, you spend hours on the phone just to connect to Susan just to get disrespected by the manager herself. Completely unprofessional, I cannot understand how someone like that is working in the healthcare industry, you would get better customer service at a grocery store, definitely avoid this place if you can. You deserve better.

This weekend I had an unexpected dental problem. This morning (Monday) I called at 8:00 AM and was seen by my dentist by 8:30. As always, Dr. Mehta was able to diagnose and correct the problem. Everyone in that office is on their game—receptionists, office manager, dental assistants and Dr. Mehta. They are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. This even required a prescription sent to my doctor. It was handled quickly and was ready when I reached the pharmacy. Thanks to the entire staff at Bright Now Dental in Rancho San Diego for taking care of my needs today.
