Consistently very poor communication about the plan of care and what comes next. Nearly every appointment involves surprises when we thought we knew what was happening next. Appointment times are often hard to get, not in a preferred time frame and usually changed by the company. The actual orthodontist often doesn't even make an appearance when she should. I just learned at this last appointment that right now dental does not polish off the material left on teeth from clear aligners or braces which means I will have to seek another orthodontist to complete the care and get the rest of the material off my teeth so they do not feel like sandpaper or really dirty all of the time. Just finished my first appointment with this office and can already tell I’m going to love it here! I believe her name was Melanie (technician) was so nice and helpful from exrays to providing info and explanations. Then on to Dr Iman who was also friendly and informative to all my questions. Lastly was Laura, my new hygientist who was so friendly and concerned for my comfort as I was having a deep cleaning… totally painless! I am happy to say that I am so happy to find such a great place!

I am so angry right now! Bright Now! lost two customers today! The disrespectful X-ray tech Melanie guaranteed we didn't make it past the first stage! As I finished paperwork in the lobby, Melanie called my wife back to start X-rays! Few minutes later, my wife came storming out in the lobby telling me to get my stuff holding back tears! When I went to the front desk to get my license to leave I saw Melanie behind the receptionist throw my wife's license on the desk and smirk! It was then that I knew what and who the problem was! This place is a scam. I had an appointment for a cleaning last week. On their consent form they put estimated balance due, $56. I asked why. They said because I need a "Deep cleaning" & my insurance doesn't cover that. I said I was only there for the cleaning my insurance covers & crossed out the additional charge. They x-rayed me & the dentist looked in my mouth for 15 seconds & said I was fine. The hygienist poked my gums & said again I needed the Deep cleaning. Again, I said No, I'm not having that. I explained I'm terminally ill, and am not having additional services because I'm not going to be here much longer. Unprofessional. They pushed a deep cleaning on me and mumbled out a reason why. I’m very good about brushing and flossing and have never needed a deep cleaning. They also bumped the Xray machine into me twice, and were coming in and out of the room trying to locate their team. I ended up leaving with no cleaning and a lesson on trusting my gut as I saw many poor reviews but decided to go because my insurance doesn’t cover me at many places.
