Great experience at this place. Friendly staffs. Very easy to make appointment. Clean clinic and no waiting. Me and my two kids had a check up and cleaning. The doctors were very gentle. Kids had good time weren’t scare at all.

Unfortunately, it seems like no one really knows how to work insurance here. I went for a new patient exam & went back for a gingivitis treatment. I paid a co-pay the day of the gingivitis exam. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I have a $120 balance to pay. I didn't understand why if my insurance covers the initial dental exam? If they don't cover it then I could've just been explained that the day of the exam. I lose the mail to I call them for an explanation of why that was the case. They said the insurance denied the x-rays. Not sure how that works but oh well, I ask them to send me all they have so I can get the mail that I lost to pay it. I only get emailed some random scanned sheets of insurance coding so that didn't help. I end up getting another letter in the mail showing m

Dr Patel was very pleasant and willing to work with me for my dental needs. I had coupon for my new patient/first visit to include an electric toothbrush but I was informed it was only for new patients without insurance. So I got nothing. Also on check out I was informed when I paid with my credit card there is a 2.5% surcharge to use my card. Again…Not good customer service to start. It took me 45 minutes past my appointment time to get my X-rays and then to be seen by Dr Patel.

I had scheduled a appt for a cleaning via online the beginning of February for 02/28/26 which is a Saturday. I arrive for my 10:30am appt and when I tried to open the door it was locked and no was there. I tried calling 3x and even tried to call the Oviedo and Casselberry locations and no answer. I decided to call the emergency and even the rep said she sees the hours for Saturday from 8am to 2pm..I'm very upset because I needed this done by this date because my insurance was ending. I did see on the hours on the door and shows Saturday as once a month. If you not open every Saturday you shouldn't let the system schedule patients online for those days. I was recommended by my mom who's a patient and this really P.O. since I needed this done after a very rough month.. *PS never got any ca
