His bedside manner is a vanishing art, and he made me feel completely safe and well cared for. This hospital denied me treatment when I presented with the G.I. bleed as well as I was fainting, I previously saw a psychiatrist there and he discharged me as a patient. He told me if I went to the emergency room. A guard would probably follow me around a watch me that’s not what happened at all. I was yelled at and told they couldn’t go in there. They let me in there, but then they refused to treat me. Then they lied about it and they submitted a bill to Medicare, but I’m appealing That Bill because they did not treat me not only that but they played a games and pretended they didn’t know how to put an IV in five different times. I’ve came here three times now because it’s the closest one to my house and each time I’ve experienced doctors and nurses trying to get me in and out and not even throughly examining my medical concerns when I clearly was in pain and discomfort each time . Each time I thought it might just be the staff I was getting but no they must’ve all been trained to get patients in and out and because of that they’ve lost their bedside manner, empathy and quality of care. I will now drive farther for treatment because this place is not the place to go to. And to the boss of this place please retrain your staff in the emergency department… there is a reason why your waiting room is always empty or only a couple people there… nobody wants care like the one in this department.

My wife recently had a carpal tunnel surgery here. My wife cannot walk and has been in a wheelchair for the last eight years. Prior, leading up to, and after the surgery Doctor Brandon Earp and her PA Nomee Altschul were completely negligent handling a plan of care for my wife. From their understanding, my wife, who is now stuck with just one working limb, doesn’t need any sort of help at home. we have a three month old and a two year-old at home and she is breast-feeding. We are now in an emergency situation and we’ll have to go to the emergency room because of the negligence. If you are at all handicap, do not trust this office they will do anything they can to not take responsibility and not provide you the care you need. BEWARE!

The worst patient care and time I have ever received in a hospital. Was told to stay overnight for an 11pm MRI, then was told it would be at 7am the following morning, then was told it would be at 4pm but could be bumped. If I did receive a 4pm MRI then I was told I would need to stay an additional night because neurologists are not there past 5pm and they would need to speak with me about MRI results and possible diagnosis. I was there for over 24 hours with nothing but blood drawn, steroids and pain meds I had to keep asking for. Breakfast I ordered after not eating for 15 hours took over an hour to get delivered to my room (it was a bagel and bacon) I asked multiple times to be discharged, I could not stay another night and 1.5 hours later I finally was able to leave.
