I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at Briggs Chaney Walk-in Clinic. When my endocrinologist unexpectedly stopped taking my insurance, I was left without an appointment and still dealing with ongoing joint pain and dizziness that needed to be taken seriously. The staff here stepped in when I really needed help. They listened carefully, treated me with respect, and understood the urgency of my situation. They were able to order the necessary bloodwork and help me move forward instead of leaving me stuck in limbo. It was such a relief to be taken seriously and supported during a stressful and uncertain time. Horrible place they had me waiting over 2 hours for a simple urine test like come on all the staff just walking around instead of tending and assisting patients I don’t recommend it’s a horrible place and very un professional

I called at 6:01 pm on Friday 2/6/2026 to ask if they were open. A Colleen answered the phone clearly eating and was rude during the entire two minute conversation. I’ll have to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service from the beginning.

Customer service is top notch. I strongly recommend you pay them a visit. Slightly expensive compared to others but it’s worth it. Alisha was helpful. 🥰😘😍 Thanks

Briggs Chaney Walk-In Clinic may not be the best option for those seeking timely and professional care. I’ve visited this location more than twice and experienced the same issues each time. The wait time is typically between 1 to 2 hours, and even after being taken to an exam room, there’s often an additional 30-minute wait before seeing a doctor. If you're in pain or need prompt medical attention, I recommend considering another clinic where you can receive care more efficiently. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not welcoming and did not demonstrate a professional attitude.
