Bridgeview Dental

Wonderful Dentist! I went to a franchise dentist when I first moved to Oshkosh and was underwhelmed with the service and time spent with the hygienist. I felt as though I was being sent through an assembly line. Going to Bridgeview is the complete opposite, they are extremely friendly and always give great attention while cleaning and they provide great customer service. Checking in is always very fast and I have never experienced a wait longer than 10 minutes.

I was pleased with the quality of care provided by Lisa at my last visit. I will miss have Karen as my hygienist, but happy that Lisa was thorough and experienced. I would have appreciated being contacted in person of the change not only in provider but also the change in time. In this digital generation, for those in my age bracket relying on changes by just sending texts, etc. are not as thoughtful as in person contact. Margie

My family sees Dr. Belter. She and her staff are amazing. My children worry about going to the dentist and Dr. Belter is so good at putting their minds at ease and providing excellent care. The staff at her office is incredibly friendly and helpful and the office is welcoming. I highly recommend Bridgeview Dental.

Was in arbitration with my insurance company on a bill, asked for help 4 times.. no response. Got kicked out of arbitration for lack of paperwork I asked them for. Paid my $151 bill for a cleaning with a note complaining about their lack of response to a 20 year patient. Not even a phone call. Just a bill for $50 an appointment I did not confirm or even know about missing. Terrible customer service. $$$$$$

Dentist and Hygienists are all super great, knowledgeable and friendly. I had Lisa for a Hygienist and highly recommend her. I do not like going to the dentist but I don't worry as much when I know I am gong to Bridgeview. They have a great text messaging system to remind you of appointments as well as when you are due for an apt, they will text you with cancelation openings. Dr B also saved my tooth that was in bad shape so I am super grateful for that!
