Bridgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation

I came here through intely I got a call from my daughter’s teacher at 12:30. That said she was sick she threw up she had diarrhea no fever but they wanted me to come and get her. They did tell me that I can wait a couple hours. I Told the nurse I had to leave by three. The nurse told me that was fine to go. Tell the scheduler I didn’t have time to tell the schedule. I guess the nurse told the schedule provide a chance to the scheduler, came back yelling and cussing that I should not have picked up a shift if I was not going to work it I then explained to her the issue with my daughter. She told me I can leave at three just to make sure I got all my showers done. I got my showers done in three came. I went to the Nurse to be clocked out she would not clock me out. I went to the scheduler. S

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bridgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation, and I was truly impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by a stunning fish tank that immediately set a calming tone. It's a beautiful focal point that not only adds charm but also creates a soothing environment for residents and visitors alike. The facility also boasts a large outdoor space, which is perfect for residents to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. It’s well-maintained and offers a peaceful setting for activities or simply relaxing.

The best place for the elderly to live the rest of their lives!!! Everyone gets treated with dignity, respect as well as the staff attending to all residents in a timely manner. *Must wear a n95 mask upon entering.

Wanted to do ZERO stars- I am very disappointed to learn of how my aunt and grandmother have been treated at this facility. I live out of state and my family members have recently found my aunt neglected. Her personal care had not been done in days. Complaints have and will continue to be filed with the state. Further action is being pursued as well. We want and deserve proper care for our family, this has been heartbreaking.

This place is a joke. They treat the patients horrible and the upper management is rude and uncaring I completely understand rules due to COVID but they are going overboard. I dropped off some stuff for my mom and when I was leaving she was outside In a fenced area so I stopped to say hi. We were at least 30 foot apart and I was in my car and the lady that came out was rude and told me I couldn't be there. She then started talking down to my mom. I asked her 3 time what rules I was breaking and all she could say is nothing. She then told my mom she would talk to Debbie tomorrow so I asked her to call me instead because my mom had nothing to do with it.
