What a wonderful dental experience. Dr. Choi and staff were so wonderful. I was so worried about my tooth crown but no worries were required with Dr. CHOI. He completed the total procedure in 2 hours when it would normally take a weak. Their office has so much technology including the ability to make the crown in the office.

The front desk staff are very nice and professional. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr Steve is Awesome! He has the hands of a brain surgeon. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I've been coming here for well over 15 years. Joddi was my hygienist and recently left the practice. She is unreplaceable and will be greatly missed. The hygienist I saw on 4/15/2025 Amina was professional, however my gums bleed everytime I brushed my teeth for 3 days. Unacceptable! I go every 6 months and with different insurance had my teeth cleaned at the end of January. I have straight teeth, never wore braces, haven't had any dental work. Brush and floss so I don't understand why I had such a terrible experience. I refuse to see Amina going forward. I still love Bridgeport Family Dental and Dr St

Dr. Choi is one of the best dentists I have ever had. I had severe tooth pain and an emergency procedure that he handle with the upmost care. Highly recommend this office and Dr.Choi. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful as well. The waiting area and rooms are very clean.

I have had tooth pain in different occasions and they have always been accommodating and try their best to get me in as soon as possible. Recently I had experienced some tooth pain again and they were able to get me in. Mayra, one of the receptionists there (all are very lovely kind ladies btw) was so extremely helpful! She made everything so easy and smooth and was very professional and helpful. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and take my older son and never have any complains. Everything is done with the highest quality care and I feel that they are very thorough with their check ups. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Quality care

We no longer live in Illinois but we love Dr. Sam so much that we plan our return trips around our dentist visits! It might seem over the top, but our kids have such a good experience here that they are excited to care for their teeth and "show Dr. Sam how good they are doing!"
