Our son Michael Aukard arrived at Bridgepoint in Jan 2024 . Ms Rocky Jennings was our 1st contact . She has been and continues to be an amazing advocate and source for reassurance of any concerns we may encounter . Michael spent his first months in ICU and L tech . Eventually Michael was off of the treac and feeding tubes . His rehabilitation has been a forward moving process. From speech therapist Ms Rebecca to Occupational therapist Ms Daniel. However, Michael’s progress has excelled rapidly since he started working with Ms Tracie Johnson and Ms Dee Dee Womack. The Restorative department has done above and beyond with him. Not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. The Cna’s that were assigned to him have been awesome in their care . From Ms Katherline ,Ms Barbara , Ms Latoya

Being a resident at Bridgepoint has been quite an experience. I have encountered many helpful and professional members of the staff. However, I have also come across a few individuals whose lack of professionalism, laziness, or unpleasant demeanor has been disappointing. That said, there are also staff members who consistently demonstrate exceptional behavior and a genuine sense of care for both their work and the patients.  In particular, the Physical and Occupational Therapy team stands out. The therapists I’ve had the pleasure of working with — Danielle, Bria, Ms. Depuea, Gianna, Tracey, and DeDe — are outstanding and represent Northpoint with excellence. I currently reside on Two East, a unit that seems to experience significant challenges, particularly related to staffing. On seve

I want to give to recognition to 2 east staff members Cynthia Perry, Miracle, Cheryl Bullock, Nurse Coker, Unit Manager Danielle , the whole entire respiratory staff, Danielle therapist, Bria therapist, Dupe therapist and Geona therapist, Clara therapist, Rebecca, Paige and Jaime speech therapist. Lockett, Cna night shift Crystal Unit secretary. Tonisha Rogers ,CNA . Of course Ms. Rocky The staff helped me in so many ways I can't remember all the names, but I am so grateful 💖

My mother was there for rehabilitation. They didn’t monitor my mother. Didn’t check her glucose levels. Refuse to send my mother to the hospital. I argued with management about nursing staff no making rounds. My mother died because no one was making sure glucose levels nor did they show empathy for what was happening. Nor did they do anything to staff that let this happen

I made the hard decision to put my Dad here when he left the hospital at PG. My brother and I visited him everyday and I was in the process of signing him up for long term care. This is the process where you give up his pension, social security, house and anything else he is paying for. I took care of the paperwork. A few days later I got a phone call at 6:30 am that he was being rushed to GW Hospital. When we got there he was not breathing on his own. I learned that his trache was stopped up and there is no way to know what happened before he was sent to the hospital. My Dad never regained consciousness and was dead when he got there. This happened some years ago but I cannot forget it. His name was Emmitt Epperson and he was 92.
