DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! The hospital and staff was the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of living! There was only ONE individual I encountered while my mother was here that was dedicated to her patients and her job! My mother was admitted to the long term acute care (LTAC) side and from the absolute start it was a terrible experience. We signed contracts required by the hospital before my mom was admitted. One of which acknowledged visiting hours on the LTAC side! When we arrived to visit the first time we were denied visitation by security stating those were not the visiting hours. The sign on the desk had different visiting hours than the contract we signed. After reaching out, to hospital management the hours listed in our contract were honored. They end
One of the worst hospital responsible for the death of my husband. You all need to be close down and I have a feeling those reviews that are good are fraudulent. Never did any rehab with my husband. You all are money hungry and heartless. Even the gastroenteroligist that works with you all told us that a lot of the nurses have on RN badges are not RN. This facility needs to be shut down.
Absolute apathetic front desk, staffed by people bereft of empathy or understanding. We drove 2 hours to visit our family member, and our 2 kids werent allowed to visit because they have to be 13 or over - no one told us. That the policy? Ok sure. Literally zero care about our concern and snarky and short about it? That's not ok. Is this a house of healing? Or just collecting money? For shame. There is some urine on the lobby floor, and when informed about it a very snarky "ya e.v.s. knows" - I think - I don't know what evs is, so those letters might be wrong. 5 minutes later another apathetic person arrived and put a "caution wet floor" sign. 20+ minutes later... Still urine on the floor. This is on top of an absolute lapse in care that took place over the weekend of arrival. Those
I have had a great experience so far, especially with my ambassador leader Stephanie, who helped me obtain my ensure supplements and checks on me every now and then. The therapists have been great and improving my strength. The private rooms are nice, well kept, good lighting, and clean. Food is ok.
My oldest brother is at the Bridge Point Hospital Rehabilitation in Washington DC,Capital Hill and he was moved to another floor. Since then he’s been on that floor he is not being taken care of properly that is totally unacceptable. This has dander boiling. I will keep posting until things gets better. I pray that it will.
