Bridgemoor Transitional Care Fort Worth

This is a fantastic facility for rehab. The physical therapy is 7 days a week with an aggressive care plan. My 82 year old mom has experienced amazing results in her strength and stamina in two weeks post double surgeries. Every staff member has been professional and mindful in executing her care plan. Not only am I extremely pleased seeing my mom improving everyday it has also been rewarding to see the remarkable progress in other residents that I see in the hallways during my daily visits . The staff is friendly, facility is well kept and the food is great. Thank you Bridgemoor team for helping our family navigate through our moms road to recovery .

My 91 year old father was released from the hospital with the provision that he move into assisted living facilities. He had previously been in another facility (after hip replacement) and it was not a good experience for him or the family. Bridgemoor was the complete opposite. The facility is clean and bright, the food that was prepared for him was excellent and plentiful. There are plenty of opportunities to remain active, both mentally and physically. Dad was also made more comfortable by having his own furniture. All of this made for a nice experience, however, the real difference-maker is the staff. I do not write reviews often but feel compelled to say a few things about Bridgemoor. First on the facility. It is sparkling clean, modern, well appointed and is of size to include many very nice amenities yet small enough to feel like a real home. Next about the staff. Bridgemoor is staffed with highly dedicated, well trained and caring individuals that far surpass my previous experiences with this type facility. They exhibit just the right blend of medical attention, physical assistance, service and emotional support. My mother considers them part of our extended family. I highly recommend that you check Bridgemoor when the time comes for a loved one to need the next level of care and support. Google will only allow me to give them 5 stars. They deserve more.

My mom has been at this facility for over two weeks. Bridgemoor staff has been great. They welcome you to spend the night. They make sure you are comfortable too. They never leave the room without asking the my mom “is there anything else I can do for you”? They are proud for my mom and her tremendous progress during her stay. Very encouraging atmosphere.

This facility has been open approximately one year and is the nicest skilled nursing or rehab provider I have ever experienced. The design is more similar to a hotel than a medical facility and is very inviting. The rooms are large, clean, and well-appointed. They have a very low nurse-to-patient ratio which allows them to be very attentive to your needs. All of the staff, from professional to housekeeping, is friendly and will work to accommodate any reasonable request. I highly recommend this facility for rehab or short-term care.
