My experience with Bridgemill cleaning appointment was rather disappointing. I was scheduled with hygienist Terry who wasn't at work that day, so I was put with temporary hygienist whose name wasn't even on service receipt. I am an out-of pocket patient and paid $385 for 1st time cleaning and wanted to find someone I like. I was upset they didn't let me know about the change of hygienist, I think it's extremely important and I don't know why they thought it's okay not to make me aware. I strongly believe my latex allergy wasn't taken into account as well during my appointment.

Dr. Mazzuchelli and his dental technician Sofia came in on a Saturday to replace a temporary bridge, which had broken two nights before. Inside an hour and a half Sofia had cast, shaped, polished, and installed a perfect replacement. Her care and compassion are a testament to the highest standards of professionalism I've come to expect from BridgeMill Dentistry.

I have been visiting BridgeMill for over 6+ years now. I would highly recommend this office. I have seen both Dr.Cox and Dr. Merritt they both have such unique styles and the Hygienist and office staff are pretty amazing too. They take the time to know you as a person not just a patient. I have seen Dr. Merritt around town at local restaurants and he will always say hello. While in the office you don't feel pressured to undergo a treatment path/procedure. They are looking out for your best interest at all times. The office is always clean and Holidays are fun as well with the decorations. I could not ask for a better experience. I’ve been a patient for over 10 yrs. Dr.Demassi, who has left the practice, did 2 bad dental crowns around 2-3 yrs ago. I pointed out the issues at the time of the procedures, but was gaslit that they were fine. One of my dental crowns was not sealed properly, and I’ve been experiencing pain as well as food getting stuck inside the space. While at my appointment recently, I pointed out both crowns to my hygienist, and she saw decay where the gap was left between my tooth and gum. She took several x-rays to show Dr. Merritt. Dr. Meritt gaslit me and said he didn’t see any problem with it even as I explained it wasn’t sealed against bacteria, I had pain as well as food getting stuck inside.
