Bridge Physical Therapy

Meg is in a class by herself. She's treated me for the past ten years-- following orthopedic surgeries, acute injury and chronic issues. Meg deftly evaluates and pinpoints the problem. She often relaxes the target tissues with manual therapy and needling. She then teaches how to correct the source of the problem. With me, it's usually been neuromuscular retraining to remedy a subtle faulty movement pattern. We achieve my goals (to use my body hard) in 1-4 sessions. Meg's efficient! Also, she's a worldly person with an awesome sense of humor, developed sensitivity and deep compassion. I feel better on many levels after visiting Meg!

She is the most skilled and knowledgable therapist that is dedicated to developing a treatment plan that is individualized and specific to your needs. I have lived with chronic pain and injuries until I found Meg, and now, I feel healthier than I have in years. Meg is not only a master of her discipline but she is also the kindest, most genuine and authentic human. I feel beyond lucky to have found her.

I have seen Meg for spine, hip and TMJ issues. As a fellow PT, I am in awe of the depth of her knowledge and breadth of her tool kit. I leave Meg’s office with improved mobility, knowing more about my body and having a plan for continuing self-care at home. Meg treats the whole person and addresses all aspects of the problem. I enjoy her open, bright and lovely space as well.

Meg is phenomenal, she has helped me with chronic back issues, as well as po-op recovery after a knee surgery. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and really understand your problems, and is very effective with her treatments!
