Bridge Dental Care

I had a root canal done at Bridge Dental and the experience was shockingly unprofessional. Part-way through the procedure the power went out, and the staff kept working using only their phone flashlights. I’ve since developed an infection and now have to redo the entire treatment elsewhere. Do yourself a favor—avoid Bridge Dental unless you want to pay for the same root canal twice.

Our family has been going to Bridge Dental for over ten years. We have always had an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care. I recently went for a routine visit, and everyone at the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Ha and his entire staff are professional and kind, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly before starting treatment. I appreciate how carefully they monitor a patient’s comfort. Overall, this office goes above and beyond in both care and service.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by what happened at this dental office. I came in for routine care and was told I needed multiple root canals and crowns. Trusting the dentist, I went ahead with the treatment. Later, I showed my original exams and X-rays to several other reputable dentists, and they all agreed: I never needed root canals in the first place. To make matters worse, the root canals that were done were not performed correctly. I developed infections in the same teeth and have already had to have two teeth pulled because they were no longer salvageable. This dentist not only over-treated, but did poor-quality work just to have me come back again and again. It feels like I was used for profit, not treated with care. I wouldn’t recom
