I hate writing negative reviews because I know as humans we fall short sometimes and I try to give grace and I expect the same in return however, my experience today was completely the last straw for me. I’ve noticed an ongoing pattern of miscommunication at this location. I had a deep cleaning scheduled before my regular monthly adjustment for weeks. I try not to miss these cleanings because I understand they’re important for my overall health and process with my orthodontist as she has warned me before that if I don’t have the cleanings, I’m at risk of having my braces removed- which seems extreme to me but I digress. My son had an orthodontic appointment and while we were in the waiting area, there was an upset patient causing a disturbance. I really appreciated how the office manager handled the situation she stayed calm, professional, and firm while protecting the children and other patients and trying to de-escalate things respectfully. After that, my son saw Dr. Grace, who was efficient and great as always. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with this office and all of the staff, and I wanted to share that despite what others may post, we’ve had nothing but good care here

They are so unorganized they give u paperwork to complete before u get there n then the say they can’t find it online n they the don’t know who they are in network with so stay away from Brident Dental in Lewisville TX off Round Grove road the service is very unprofessional and they are not performing properly service they need to be more educated on who they are in network with and. How to locate their patients info!!! Never again They waste 4 people time today!!! So that let u know what they offer Poor service uneducated workers!!!

I had an appointment for my senior mother at 2pm on 19th Sep 2025 which was setup a week in advance. Insurance information and everything being checked up. Upon reaching there 5 minutes in advance, an African American woman - I believe her name is Waronda told us that Dentist is in labor and she cancelled all her appointments. She called all the patients. Well at my home nobody got any calls and we drove 25 minutes one way. When i asked when did you called - she had no information. This is second time our appointment at Brident Dental is getting wasted - last time it was Carrollton.

I have been trying to reach this location for over two months just to get some dental records. It seems that the office is closing so no one is able to give me any information other than sending an email and hopes that somebody will respond to it when they decide to be open for one day out of a week. I have called consistently and have went up there, but they are always not open. I have called customer service, love customer service complaints, had a corporate send emails and even have them reached out to a district manager, and no one has responded to me. I have an implant that was put in that nobody else will touch until they know what size of implant was put in so I need my dental records. This is my last resort before going to social media and hopes that somebody will contact me in ord
