Everyone in this office is amazing!!! My husband and I came in with an emergency and had many questions. They were extremely helpful and quick. I am very grateful we found this place. Highly recommend!!

Efficient, friendly, thorough, great price. I have had two visits. My first visit was for an annual checkup with a cleaning and x-rays. The office was very clean. The appointment was very efficient. This visit was prompted by a filling that had fallen out. I was able to get follow up appointment within a week. Again, very efficient. They didn't rush, but I wasn't ever just waiting around. No pain during the filming. They were thorough in getting the feel of the bite right.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your dental office on yesterday I had scheduled an appointment with Dr, who has been for a while my family dentist, because I was experiencing severe pain in my lower jaw, which I suspected might be related to a nerve issue. During the visit, I was asked to undergo three different types of X-rays. Despite this, they wasn’t unable to identify the exact cause of my pain. Instead of addressing my urgent and unbearable pain, the medical team seemed unusually focused on convincing me that I must immediately undergo a deep cleaning procedure, particularly for the lower right side of my jaw. I had a broken crown and needed it fixed quickly. Brick Row Dentistry got me in right away and did an amazing job. The prices were very reasonable, especially since I don’t have dental insurance. The dentist was knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality and affordable dental care in the Richardson area!
