Everyone I have met so far, from the reception desk to the Unit Manager at the nursing station, is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and competent. What a relief it is to drop by and find my relative clean, safe, and well cared for - a 180 degree swing from them living at home with one emergency after the other. I don’t think they’re up for the wine social, but I might just drop by then to toast the staff!

We have a new Manager in the Dietary Dept. Things are beginning to change and improve with the food we are served. David is trying his hardest to to do better and it’s starting to show. Thank. You Briarwood,David and kitchen staff. 🥗🥩🍰

My experience was wonderful. I had exceptional physical therapy, nursing staff,, my CNA touch my heart on the extra jobs they all did. This was the most friendly, supportive, and caring place. The team work attitudes inspired me to do better for myself.

I choose this facility for my aunt, based on the cleanliness, closeness and staff. Gabrielle, the admission person was wonderful and super helpful. We moved her in two days ago, her bed was too high and it was a fall risk, they immediately changed it out for an appropriate bed. My aunt has dementia, bi-polar and schizophrenia, the nurses assured me that she was in good hands, and made sure to refill her medication, so she won't have an episode. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and it didn't smell like urine(like most places). So far, I am very impressed.

Awful experience for my loved one. Horrible how they treated the patients. My aunt was traumatized being in their care! Someone needs to go in and clean house!
