I gave birth 4 days ago My obgyn recommended this pediatrician. We had our first appointment this morning and already i love this doctor. The staff was so nice and comforting. The doctor was so funny, attentive, and knowledgeable . He answered all of my first time mother questions and even taught me a few tricks! I will have to thank my OB for recommending them. I'm super excited to work with this place for the care of my newborn baby. I really felt like they truly cared about my baby.

I’ve been coming to this practice for a while now and I really love Dr.Deeb and Dr.Mccoy. Ari the medical assistant was such a sweetheart this morning. The front desk lady Terri wasn’t quite welcoming, she was very dry and wanted us to hurry up to schedule our appointment. Dr.Kelly was very nice and he listens to our concern for our baby. This is a very nice pediatric office but maybe it’s time for staff change.

I really wanted to love this pediatrician’s office truly. The facility looks nice, and I came in expecting a supportive environment for my daughter’s care. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced. From the start, it was made very clear that there’s no room for parental input or discussion when it comes to vaccines. I simply asked about spacing them out not refusing them and was met with pressure, attitude, and zero willingness to listen. I didn’t realize asking questions about my own child’s health would be treated as an inconvenience. What’s worse, the tone and treatment I received felt noticeably different from how other families were being handled. I’ll just say it: the energy shifted when I walked in, and not in a good way. If you’re looking for a provider who values open dialo

I’ve been very disappointed with my recent experiences at this pediatrician’s office. I felt that my concerns as a parent were not respected, particularly when it came to discussions about vaccines, I was not given room to make informed decisions or have my questions addressed thoughtfully. Additionally, I noticed interactions that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if certain patients were not treated equally or fairly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to have their voices heard, especially when it comes to their children’s care. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works on providing a more inclusive and respectful experience for all families.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this pediatrician’s office. I came in hoping for open communication and respect for my parental choices, but instead felt pressured and dismissed. The staff insisted that my daughter receive multiple vaccines at once and refused to discuss options for spacing them out. When I tried to ask questions about her care, I was met with impatience and condescension rather than understanding. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently based on who I am(African American) which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Every parent deserves to be heard and respected, regardless of background or personal beliefs. I believe healthcare should be a partnership between providers and families. Unfortunately, I did not feel that level of respect or c
