I just want to say that I was super impressed at my first visit here. I had been to another franchised dentist office and didn’t have a great experience and knew I needed a second opinion. The receptionist ,Annie, was warm and helpful over the phone and her office presence was pleasantly consistent. Shelita, the dental assistant was also very helpful and attentive immediately upon meeting her. When I got to meet the doctor , Dr. Patel, I was so delighted at how professional he was. His assessment and treatment plan were mindful of my situation but also very practical and easy to understand. He actually molded my plan to my needs instead of just billing me for a bunch of things at once. Even the check out clerk , I’m not sure her name but she was gorgeous! I have been using Dr. Patel for a few years now, and I continue to be impressed. Everyone is so nice and friendly, while being very efficient and professional. This is the way a dentist practice should be. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Andrea was wonderful and very very informative while cleaning my teeth. She gave me maintenance tips that l needed. Dr. Patel was great as well. My 1st visit was awesome. Oh and the lady that answered the phone and greets you was amazing. She is very perfectional. The location is easy to get to and the office is nice and clean. 10 out of 10

Briarcliff Dental Group is the best dentist office I’ve been to. I don’t like the dentist, as I’m sure a lot of people don’t but I love coming here. They are gentle during every procedure, even a routine treatment has minimal to no pain. I’ve been to several different dentist offices where I’m in pain for days, but not at Briarcliff. They are definitely top tier. I recommend giving them a call.

I’ve been going here for a total of 3 years. They have restored the health of my teeth even during my pregnancy. The professionalism and family oriented office is always a delight. Dr.Patel is the best.
