I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Quesnell and his entire team. I had a very difficult and unique situation with a root canal. Not only was I treated quickly and professionally, but Dr. Quesnell provided a personal touch that showed e the level of commitment and care he provides as a dentist. My tooth issue has been ongoing, and I have been in his office at least 5 times, and every time I’m there, he and his team are patient and accommodating. He always has a pleasant way of explaining things to me and making a seemingly scary situation much more tolerable. 5 out of 5 stars. HIGHLY recommend.

I used this office many years ago when Dr. Savage (I think) did my first root canal and the whole experience was amazing. Since he retired, I returned and used Dr.Quesnell ten years ago for anther root canal and I had a good experience. Unfortunately this time, for my third root canal, the situation was a bit more complicated since I had sinus issues which could have been the cause or the result of severe pain after a crown I did two months prior. The assessment visit was very rushed to say the least, I was not able to ask all my questions and it seemed there was no interest is saving my tooth but just get rid of the problem. I was extremely nervous when my dentist told me I would need a root canal since I had never had one before, but let me tell you Dr. Quesnell and his team are wonderful! He did a wonderful job at explaining everything that was going to happen both during my consultation and on procedure day. The procedure itself was very quick and straightforward. I couldn’t recommend this practice and doctor enough!

No one looks forward to seeing an endodontist to learn whether they'll need a root canal or perhaps having to visit a periodontist for an extraction. Luckily, I was able to have Dr. Quesnell perform a root canal and have to admit, it was pretty much a breeze - no pain after or the next day. Dr. Quesnell has a wonderful personality, is extremely talented, and made the entire procedure a walk in the park.. I'm grateful I met him and his entire staff. Honestly - I will no longer worry if I ever need another root canal.

Dr Quesnell gave me a 2nd root canal on a tooth that already had a crack in it. He never took an x-ray himself. He just looked at the one the general dentist from downstairs took. When I complained of pain, he told me to contact the general dentist who sent me back up to his office again. This time he took his own x-ray and when he showed it to me he said, "It was cracked, I should have seen that" and left the room." When I left the office, the receptionist gave me the name of a dentist that would pull the tooth. It turned out to be an associare of his. I assumed he was going to take care of the $700 cost because he was at fault, but he never even apologized to me.
