I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled and switch locations from the Atlanta area. I called this office and spoke to Brandy who said that I would need a direct referral addressed to this office. I then call my dentist office who told me to call my insurance provider. My insurance provider called this office, and they told my insurance provider that I did not need a direct referral, just a general one. I called this office again and spoke to Brandy who again told me that I need a direct referral. I was very confused because my insurance provider had JUST called them, and was told something different. Had my first consultation with Dr. Sellers today. Great communication. Explained exactly what he needed to do in my situation. Very friendly. Madison was very courteous and friendly as well. The whole experience at the office was great.
