My spouse was receiving treatment from this office, her first treatment during a very stressful and confusing time. A time that required a lot of reassurance, proper manner, and a delicate approach. It was not received here. Patients asking questions is something I feel is expected, and having knowledge of practices that do not seem to work is something that I feel should be valued. Instead, questions were met in a dismissive manner and passive aggressively, when they should have been met with reassurance and clarity. Just a simple improvement in bedside manner and better communication on pain management with an in depth plan of approach instead of a “we’re not sure” would have made things a lot better. First time going for a visit with Dr. Peterson I felt very comfortable and confident with the steps we were going to take regarding my back and neck issues, his nurse was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff, I would recommend Dr. Peterson and his staff
