First visit new patient exam. Wonderful staff !! Shout out to Dr Coleman and Gladys. Very encouraging and open communication with me regarding my concerns. Provided options that can be easily followed to ensure better oral care. Teeth are the window to your body and need maintenance and care daily. Im excited with this office and trust them to care for my dental needs. The waiting area is clean and tranquil space.

I am a health care professional who is a stickler for high quality healthcare delivery to patients and clients- regardless of setting. Dr Coleman was highly recommended by a co-worker. I followed thru when I had a need that required immediate intervention. I am grateful I came to his office! The experience from the front desk registration to the chair was performed in excellence. Dr Coleman, and his well-trained assistants were exceptionally - caring, highly professional, and patient with me (I am a scaredy cat) . I could not have asked for anything more. I was referred to Dr. Coleman by my coworker. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 15 years. The anxiety of being scolded or made to feel bad for working and not focusing on my own health has always prevented me from going to the dentist. No judgment, just a treatment plan to get me back on track. Wonderful staff all around! Very informative, took the time to explain everything they found and how we were going to fix it. No rushing through and being sold things I did not need like corporate driven practices. Will recommend to anyone looking for a Great Dental office. Truly, Thank you to you and your staff.

Dr. Coleman came highly recommended ala word of mouth from a family member. The office did not disappoint! From the friendly receptionists, to my hygienist Gladys, to the doctor himself, everyone from top to bottom was just outstanding. Warm, cozy, and welcoming, led to feeling at ease and a sense of trust. They were open, honest and truly cared, treating me like a person and not a commodity. A night and day difference from a chain dental practice I came from. If you are looking for a dentist in Winter Park, this is the place. You will be well taken care of!

We just had the most fantastic first visit with Dr. Coleman! He and his staff gave us amazing customer service from start to finish. He really connected with my 12 year old son - especially about Dr. Coleman's military service. My son wants to be in the military one day, so he was over the moon after meeting and speaking with Dr. Coleman- after we left, my son went on an on about how impressed he was with Dr. Coleman and how he can't wait to go back and see him again. Our dental hygienist taught my son and I a lot, and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone, we'll see you soon!
