I injured my eye and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. My insurance referred me to Dr. Brown’s office, and from my first phone call, I felt taken care of. The person who answered was extremely kind and genuinely caring, and she made sure I was scheduled quickly after hearing what happened. At my appointment, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Brown was attentive and compassionate. They made me feel safe and at ease during a stressful time. It’s not easy to find an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients and has such a wonderful staff. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for such excellent care.

I went in for a same-day appointment due to eye concerns and left extremely disappointed. My 2:20 PM appointment kept me there until after 4:20, and most of that time I felt forgotten. I waited alone in the exam room for over 30 minutes before the doctor finally came in. When he did, he was cold, dry, and dismissive. He barely spoke, brushed off my symptoms, gave me no clear answers, and didn’t explain my imaging in any meaningful way. I left with zero guidance on my eye concerns—despite paying an out-of-pocket fee for a “problem visit.” To make things worse, when I called the office at 4:45 PM (they close at 5), my call was answered and immediately hung up several times, which felt intentionally unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would recommend new patients seek care elsewhere

I wanted to thank Dr Brown and his wonderful staff for being so great with the customer service everyone was very polite and helpful this was our first time in Dr. Brown's office. I would highly recommend Dr Brown he is excellent Dr. He is the best of the best and also the Office Staff.I thank Dr Brown for taking such hood care of my mom and also the office staff for everything that they did for us.

Great service by Dr Brown and team. My mom and I have been going there for probably 20-30 years. Needless to say, highly recommended.

My right eye needed urgent treatment and Dr. Brian Brown took the time to examine me and treated my eye. The nurse receptionist was very pleasant, and the doctor’s assistant was a good listener as I shared to her my concerns. I love the setup of the clinic, very cozy and clean.
