Brewerton Family Dental Yelp Review I had the absolute pleasure of having my tooth extracted this morning by this dentist. My daughter has been coming here for awhile but I have severe dental anxiety. However, my tooth chose to require extraction asap. They got me in, asap! This entire office staff is warm, inviting, and friendly while maintaining a professional setting. The dentist listened to my fears, concerns, and needs, and honored my anxiousness. THEY were able to answer my questions, help me to feel calm throughout the entire procedure, and My anxiety was able to stay within normal limits. The office is clean, the equipment is up to date, and I felt completely safe and respected. I would highly recommend to anyone needing oral surgery and/or dental care to come to Br

Let me start by saying that I HATE giving bad reviews. Most of the time, I’d rather say nothing at all. But since this place plays a role in human health I felt it necessary to say that when looking for a quality dentist you should look elsewhere. The wait is a wait, most Dr. offices have them, that didn’t bother me. The lack of personalized care is a bit bothersome. Like others have reported the Dentist walks back and forth between rooms. For me it was my entire procedure. Which I had to go back for because she messed it up the first time. I have never been in such pain, And also treated by the person who is supposed to take care of the issue with such disregard. She is rough handed, which again some are. But I’ve had lots of work done. And this by far has been the worst experience in my

They suck I got a tooth pulled over a week ago and I'm still hurting.instead of having ur own dentist that u used to have ,They get other dentist in their that don't know what they're doing. I had a new person and she acted like she didn't know what she was doing.my tooth was cracked and she had to pull pieces at a time,she would do that then walk away come back pull some more and walk away again so that told me that she was new. I have called them about my tooth 3 times and never returned my calls.i don't think that's professional,because you would think they would care about their patients and want them to feel better

My dad needs to be seen , as soon as I call the office I was able to talk with the Dr and she told me to bring him to the office the same day , I really appreciate that , she did great job as always, she is my Dr for 15 years and the only thing I can tell you, always she was there when I need it. The guy at the desk, the one did the X-ray for him but also the lady who does the oral cleaning was very kind and gentle . Thanks for all you do.
