🌟Dr. Brookelynn K. Kendrick is the BEST🌟 More medical practices could take a tip or two from the Brevard Skin & Cancer Center in Titusville. The waiting room provides an atmosphere of calm, with looping television programming that offers helpful tips on skin-related health, visit preparation, and even trivia about common skincare myths. I've found wait times to be very reasonable--sometimes I even get into and out of my appointments *before* the planned schedule (getting into a 9:30 appointment at 9:15 and leaving at 9:30, for example). Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as the lot is small, but this is the only area of improvement that comes to mind. Repeat customer no more!!! Drove 40 minutes and waited 30 minutes to have the front office tell me that my PCM needs to send the referral. I asked them why they didn’t reach out to me sooner and the one office clerk blatantly lied and said she did call me two days ago. She said “we’re sorry but you need to reschedule”. Doctors are good but the front end staff is an incompetent mess and clueless. They had plenty of excuses but no solutions, nor took any action. I foresee the company going belly up if they continue to employ's lazy front office staff

I saw Courtney today for my annual exam. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I felt extremely comfortable with Courtney and I highly recommend her!

I have seen both Courtney Austin and Brookelyn Kendrick in this office. They have both been great and their nurses very helpful and personable. I have had a few skin cancers diagnosed and have Atopic Dermatitis and have gotten everything under control with their help. They explained everything thoroughly and were very helpful when I called with more questions. I will definitely be staying with Brevard Skin and Cancer Center!
