I’ve been a loyal patient at this dental office since my teenage years, and overall, my experiences have been positive. Dr.Savastano has always been incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the care and attention I’ve received from him over the years. Most of the staff are also friendly and helpful, which has made my experience here great for a long time. However, during my last visit, I felt a bit uncomfortable because the dental assistant who assisted me rushed me to leave while Dr. Savastano was still checking everything to make sure it was okay. I completely understand if she was overwhelmed or dealing with equipment issues — things happen. Malpractice Concerns a. Lack of Parental Access I was not permitted to accompany my 5- and 6-year-old children. This lack of transparency was troubling, especially given what followed. b. Excessive Nitrous Oxide My son Landon was given too much laughing gas and vomited during the procedure. I was not informed until afterward, my son stayed in the back with the staff without my awareness he was still sick through his filling. Staff claimed it might be a stomach bug, but his symptoms resolved once the gas wore off, showing he had been over-sedated. The fact that they continued his treatment without my awareness is deeply troubling. c. Poor Quality of Dental Work Both children’s fillings repeatedly fell out within months. Horrible place! I made an appointment months in advance to come in and wait for 40 minutes to just leave. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled for 8 am. We arrived at 7:46 gave them the paper they mailed in the mail for the new patient forms already completed. I was going to be self pay. Time goes by to 8:30 and 4 families with multiple kids got called back before me. I went up to the front desk to ask how much longer, the lady gave me some excuse that she was verifying my insure…. HELLO I’m self pay!!! I told her I was self pay and she continued to go with her LIE telling me it doesn’t matter new patients get ran either way. Absolute nightmare. Getting someone to answer the phone to even get on the schedule was the worst experience I have had, they couldn't open their own email to get the referral information, they couldn't reach out to the referring office to get the information, and every time I called them after calling the refering office to get the records they asked for they would tell me something different. The lady who answered the phone spent more time complaining about how the other lady that was supposed to be helping me after 2 weeks of back and forth quit. Cant say how the actual dentist is because after 3.5 weeks of just trying to get on the schedule I gave up and went somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle, took 1 hour for the new place to get the information they needed and get my kids on t

This location is so immature the lady hung up on me before even scheduling my daughter I’ll drive to Melbourne before I’ll give this location my business idk why all the drs in tville tend to be rude unfortunately
