The office staff has demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism and has repeatedly prevented my daughter from receiving treatment. This morning, when a family member brought her to the office, they would not allow her to be checked in. I was advised that a link would be sent to me so I could authorize the family member to complete the check-in process; however, no link was ever provided. Additionally, multiple attempts to contact the office by phone have been unsuccessful, as calls go unanswered and no clear assistance or resolution is offered.

Monique White is an excellent PCP, very pro active, knowledgeable, funny, friendly and very detail oriented. Make sure you are 100% when you walk out of her office. Highly recommend.

I’m not a patient at this particular clinic but one of my family members don’t have any complaints (so far) only with the staff at the counter rudeness (except the bilingual lady) the other ones need to work on how they speak to patients. The reason of my complaint is that I have used my credit card at the pharmacy to help paid for my family medicine a few times and last week I noticed that someone had took money out of the card with out any permission and I had to cancel my card. When I went to the clinic to dispute this problem with the staff, the one guy that works at the counter was very rude and unhelpful.

Honesty, this place was awful. I could hear someone at the front desk giving someone a refund, which I didn’t even know was possible at a doctor’s office. Something about how the medicine they gave them made them feel ill? Anyways, my appointment was EXTREMELY unprofessional and the nurse was ranting and cursing about how shitty the office is. A bunch of other shit happened but I don’t want to go into detail because this would turn into a novel. Just extremely uncomfortable. Slamming doors and nurses yelling at each other. They also prescribed me the incorrect amount for one of my medications, which is dangerous. They’re lucky I checked the dosage or I could’ve been seriously ill.

W HARRIS has to be the most incompetent doctor I’ve seen tat this facility! I have chronic gastritis and esophagitis, and out of my medicine. This man wants me to get blood work to see if a Gastrologist referral is necessary… Blood work does not show if I need to see a gastrologist or not, But my medical records do! So I’m supposed to wait 4 week in PAIN for my labs.. INCOMPETENT! Ik what’s wrong with my body CLEARLY more than him! This is how ppls condition worsens, because doctors like him THINKS he knows, and he doesn’t AT ALL!
