All of my visits have been welcomed by friendly and very caring staff. They truly care about your pets and take time to get to know them. I have been there during a very sad time with the vet tech and vet cry with us. I have been there during happy checkup times with my dogs too. One of our dogs is shy and scared but they take the time to calmly interact with her and keep me with her during the visits which really helps her from getting more overwhelmed and stressed out. My last visit was for one of my dogs yearly checkup and vaccinations.

Hello, there are no words to describe the customer service I received within the last two weeks. My husband and i had to make the hardest decision ever to put down our 12 1/2 yr old dog MICK in Nov & to put down our 14 yr old dog CHARLOTTE in Dec. My husband & I loved the both of them sooooo much & our hearts still hurt everyday. Dr. Garland and her assistant Gabby, another assistant i believe her name was Morgan and Diane @ the front desk were very informative, wonderful, compationate, understanding, caring, etc. GOD BLESS YOU ALL & THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO ! Brevard Animal Hospital is truly exceptional. Dr. Sarah Davis and vet techs Rebecca and Taylor went above and beyond for my dog, Brooks. She is anxious and reactive, and they showed an incredible level of patience, compassion, and understanding throughout our visit. They took their time, never rushed her, and were intentional about making sure the experience did not add any trauma for Brooks. The care and thoughtfulness they showed meant everything to me. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that treats both pets and owners with this level of kindness and respect. Truly incredible care from an amazing team.

Love Dr McGlothlin and staff! They took such great care of Pig and were super helpful working with me on meeting her needs while I worked on getting the funds together for her BIG dental! 15 teeth later she's back to her happy little self!

Customer service is not dead!! Came in for for our cats' annual visit this morning and our tech, Rebecca, was outstanding! She went above and beyond, and taught us a few things about our cats as well. We really appreciated the excellent customer service (and so did the kitties!) Thank you!!
