Talented and patient clinician, worth the wait so keep that in mind. I called today for an appointment (Feb 26) earliest next available was May 8. Hope the office can fit me in sooner but that probably shows how sought after his care is, he has fitted me for scleral contacts for the past several years. I see better now with his corrections than I have in years.

Dr. Williams is amazing! My daughters have all gone to him for a few years now and I know they love the way he connects with them on their level. I appreciate that he talks to me in layman's terms, since I don't know all the medical jargon. We've never had to wait for long periods of time in his office and the staff is always friendly. Thank you Dr. Williams!

I went for my annual eye checkup to get a new prescription for my glasses and contacts. I went to see Mr Williams at Treasure Valley Eye Center. I walked out with a prescription for my contacts that he copied off the contact lens boxes I brought with me, and with a prescription for glasses that was about double of what it should have been. Mr Williams refused to even use the autorefractor stating "he could do without the machine". He then proceeded to do a manual refraction test where kept saying "I know you won't be able to read anything, just guess what looks less blurry". At the end of the exam, I had not read a single letter on the wall and of course I couldn't read anything because he wrongly almost doubled my prescription. Horrible service and up selling by the doctor and staff. Completely failed to uphold the professional doctor-patient relationship in pursuit of extra charges not covered by insurance. I canceled all future appointments for my family of five because they "have documentation" for an erroneous charge not covered by insurance. I paid the extra $75 in protest.

Helped me out with an eye emergency several years ago, and I've happily stayed with them ever since.
