Care quality is outstanding. My dad is 88 years old. He broke his leg a few months ago and underwent two surgeries at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. My sister and I were very nervous about bringing him to a rehabilitation facility after his hospital discharge, as we had heard many stories about mistreatment of elderly patients. I must say that, at the beginning, we may have given the administration a hard time for no reason. Everyone has been extremely attentive and caring. Farnoush was especially helpful in guiding us through exactly what our father needs, his future treatment plan, and the path toward a successful recovery. They truly know what they are doing.

A few days after surgery for a broken hip my mom was admitted to Brentwood Health Care Center. Upon registration, we were greeted by the kindest staff, and we immediately felt confident that she would receive the best possible care. The facility is spacious, bright, and spotless, and features a welcoming patio with comfortable furniture for rest and relaxation. The staff is not only professional and efficient but also supportive and kind. The nurses and therapists are highly skilled, offering both expertise and compassion throughout my mom's recovery. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and the genuine dedication to service at this rehabilitation center.

I've been at Brentwood Care Center for a little over a month, The administrator is very approachable if you have any questions or concerns he will take the time out and listen, the physical therapy team is awesome they will go outta there way to get you back in shape Ian & Nick I call them the dream team🦿🦾.The activity room is ran by two beautiful ladies Martina is very helpful she wash and braids my hair and make sure my oxygen is okay. The CNAs are vear good the one's that I have always make sure I'm comfortable, my favorite is Fatima she's excellent she will do whatever it takes to make sure you're okay I'm taking her home 😊JC I've never met anyone that worked as hard as he do.when you ask him for something his favorite saying is " okay I won't forget" 😀 over all I give this place a 9

My father was sick, vomiting for 12+ hours before I was notified of any problem. When they finally called I was told an ambulance was en route to take my dad to the hospital. I went to meet my dad at the hospital. No arrival. I called the facility and was told someone was coming. I went there and waited with my dad for over an hour before he was transported to the hospital. Hindsight, I would have called 911 myself. From the time I was notified to the time ems arrived was over 3 hours. My father died in the hospital of pneumonia and sepsis. Be advised.

My father was there for about four weeks after a recent hip surgery. We spent a lot of time reviewing rehab options in the area, and all of them had mixed reviews, but we had to find one that balanced out more of the positives. Brentwood home health was one of them. Based on our personal experience, my dad was extremely happy overall with his experience there. The entire staff was so incredibly kind and polite and attentive. He was able to get his physical and occupational therapy daily, even on the weekends. They have a lovely outdoor patio, which is wonderful to sit out in nice weather. I noticed a lot of the reviews across the various rehab centers reviewed focused on the food. There is nothing special about food in any of these places.
