Dr. Kandice Bailey at Brentwood Dermatology is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Today was my very first appointment with Dr. Bailey and she is MOST IMPRESSIVE!! Being an elderly woman of color, I am SO PROUD of her and THANKFUL for her!! She TOTALLY UNDERSTANDS the hair problems I am experiencing! Dr. Bailey is EXTREMELY PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and THOROUGH. She answered all of my questions and addressed my every concern.. Dr. Bailey really made me feel she cared!!! You BLESSED ME today Dr. Bailey!!🙏🏽Also, Miss Linda at the check-in desk is GREAT!! She is KIND, FRIENDLY and ALWAYS HELPFUL!🙏🏽

I do not recommend coming here for any of your dermatology needs. I came in to get a mole checked and missed the call for my results. I called back and was put to a nurse in a call center. She gave me my results, but could not book my procedure. After a month of me calling and waiting with 4 notes in my chart to be called back I spent 2 hours getting to somebody to book a surgery. I got an automated call and text confirming my appointment. I came in and was told my procedure actually wasn’t happening that day due to the ice storm and they were shocked I didn’t get a call. They tried to book my appointment another month out. Thankfully I got in contact with Dom who got me an appointment a couple of days later. When I went in for the procedure I was told I did not need it in the first place.

All the staff is very kind and eager to make you are comfortable throughout your whole visit. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I have never felt so heard. 10/10 would recommend! Dr. Bailey did an amazing job with making sure I understood what was going on with my skin and my options to treat it!

This was my first time here and I had a great experience! There wasn’t a long wait. My concerns were acknowledged and a treatment plan was created! I’ve previously had yearly skin exams elsewhere where the provider didn’t even look at my skin. They thoroughly inspected my skin. The staff was super friendly and professional! Will be back.

Dr Bailey was so great- she was thorough in checking me out, answering my questions, explaining what needed to be done and why, and very gentle in the procedures. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and she’s now my doctor of choice. Thank you, Dr Bailey!
