Brentview Medical Urgent Care

Brentview Medical provided me with fast, professional, and compassionate care — the staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. They clearly explain treatment options and handle insurance smoothly, which made the whole visit low-stress. As someone who values convenience and quality, I highly recommend Brentview Medical for urgent care or general medical needs in Los Angeles.

Not usually inclined to leave reviews but I had a great experience at this urgent care. I had to call 5 others in the area before I found one that was still doing x rays after 5 pm, and this one does. The nurse, x ray tech and the PA were all phenomenal. The x ray tech you could tell really likes his job haha. The PA really listened to my concerns and prescribed the medications I requested and was extremely helpful.

I was overcharged and unable to get in touch with the billing team and/or management until I wrote this review. I called their billing dept 3x with no response. I called the office directly 2x and was told management would contact me both times, but I was ghosted (they had over a week between attempts). I will never come back and would not recommend this clinic to others. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of this facility and its staff. After suffering a fall, I initially thought I could shake it off, but as the pain worsened throughout the day, I decided to have it checked out. The team agreed and promptly performed an X-ray. The doctor on staff (on a Saturday!) gave me an initial read and explained I’d receive a follow-up call from an X-ray specialist to confirm his evaluation. I was advised to follow RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), which I’ve been doing. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly pleasant, efficient, and caring. As a walk-in patient, the entire process was quick and stress-free. The promised follow-up call came through and was just as professional and reassuring. If I ever need care again, I would absolutely return

BUYER BEWARE. they sent me an insanely high bill for a flu test $458!!! They didn’t even bother charging my insurance. When I contacted them about it they never got back to me. I called their front desk many times, their billing dept many times, I EMAILED them!! No response. Then they sent me to collections. I have called them 15 times but they never pick up. This organization is criminal
