Brentview Medical Urgent Care

Had appt. But still waited an hour to be seen. Charge $250 for sports physical with PA. To pay bill via credit card they charge 3%. Also not easy to find a parking place. —just a quick response to the owner. Interesting how the reply seemed to want to say what I was stating was false rather than just acknowledge the issues that I encountered. We weren’t told you could use Zelle by your staff and valet had a cost. Here’s a screen shot of the bill. It’s not $215.

I had an excellent experience at Brentview Medical. The front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and the nurses were incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Brooke Levine—she was fantastic! She took the time to listen and provided top-tier care with a wonderful bedside manner. It’s rare to find an urgent care that feels this personal and efficient. I’m so grateful to the whole team!

I had the best experience at this urgent care. The PAs here are incredibly smart, thorough, and genuinely caring. I was shocked that there was basically no wait time at all and everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. The entire team was extremely organized, the X-ray technician was excellent, and everyone had amazing bedside manner. I felt listened to, well cared for, and confident in the treatment I received. Hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had initially a great experience at Brentview Urgent Care in July of 2025. I paid the out-of-pocket bill promptly but since then have received endless bills and their bills never reflect my payments. I've had Bank of America try to resolve this issue but they've told me they've been unsuccessful at reaching anyone in billing dept. I've phoned numerous times, get someone live and then immediately get transferred to a long wait and never connect. I've filed a complaint with BBB and awaiting their attempts to resolve this. Clearly they are trying to intimidate patients into paying for services they've already paid for. Very disappointed because the medical care was excellent.

The Darvish doctors were both very attentive, welcoming, and made our visit go smoothly. Reina at the front desk was friendly, accomodating, and helpful, both in person and over the phone. When we made a mistake, she immediately offered a simple solution. I also appreciated that she remembered a small detail about us. It shows she listens and cares. Overall, the whole team was attentive and welcoming.
