Brent Air Pharmacy

I absolutely love the Brent Air team, especially Dr. Kevin Schlanger. He is always straightforward and never pushes unnecessary treatment, which I respect and appreciate. The practice is very reasonably priced and consistently accommodating.

Never had to wait to talk to someone about refilling my prescription. Unlike the big chains where you press every number for ten minutes just to be told to fill it online. This is a pharmacy that treats its patients like people.

These absolute cowboys screw around with the way your doctor wrote your controlled prescriptions and then blame you for their misunderstanding-- a very dangerous attitude for everyone involved. They were openly and loudly hostile to me for being transgender as well, which I suspect was a big part of why they thought I would be an easy target for malfeasance. Absolutely do not go here; any modern pharmacy you could pick at random would be better equipped and with a more competent and pleasant staff (believe it or not). I have grave concerns for the seemingly many elderly patients who trust in them.

Unreliable, strangely brusque, even rude. I really wanted to support a local small business, but getting my medications in a reliable, timely fashion is rather important. Brent-Air consistently fails to deliver when they say they will, doesn’t call or communicate when deliveries are delayed, then, when asked what happened to deliveries (multiple deliveries now) immediately get defensive, blame others (doctors, other staff, delivery people) despite confirmation everything is in order, then provide a several-minute lecture on how the onus is on customers to make sure the person answering the phone isn’t a low-level employee who might make mistakes, or not know how to verify prescriptions. I’d be willing to let this sort of thing slide if it happened once or twice, but it continues to happen

Refilled and sold me the wrong prescription. Was EXTREMELY rude and defensive and the pharmacist even said "We don't make mistakes." Could care less about my business. My wife stopped coming here years ago due to similar problems. They make mistakes, and are RUDE.
