I just got off a phone call with Nancy during my lunch break at work and this was the most helpful and efficient doctor's call I had in a long time. Nancy was polite, soft spoken, and very reassuring while she answered all my medical inquiries. She even went above and beyond by taking the time to go through my medical records to identify the concern I originally had. At the end of the call I felt content with the information she provided me and even more satisfied that I have a great team supporting me at the New Brunswick clinic. We need more medical representatives like Nancy who treat patients like a family member. God bless and Happy Holidays!

Another warning to those who are thinking about coming here. I'm another victim of this scam office. Got referred to this office and went in for a "checkup" and was told I needed an eeg, not knowing and not told that I would be charged thousands for a 5 minute eeg(with insurance), plus another 500 for the few minutes office visit. They also tried to sell me on a take-home eeg, and when I refused they tried to charge me for it anyway. Front office manager was rude and nasty about it too. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this place like plague if you don't want to meet America's most rude and incompetent (in my personal opinion) staff and personals!!! At the end of the April, I received a bill from this place via Email. In the email, they included an online portal to pay the bill. I went to the portal but it shows error message saying the payment isn't going through. Over the span of few weeks, I tried to pay several times via the online portal and it failed again and again! I tried to contact them via phone several times but they don't bother to pick up the phone! About a month ago, after multiple attempt, they picked up the phone and put me on hold for tens of minutes. Based on my experience, this doctor appears to prioritize profits and steers patients towards a third-party billing service managed by Vishmya Patel, negatively impacting both my credit and livelihood. My final decision to leave the group was influenced by the excessive Video EEG tests that resulted in unexpected bills and minimal improvement in my health. It became apparent that third-party EEG technicians were outsourced from hospitals as far as New York. This information, gathered through my long-term patient status, raised concerns. Vishmya Patel's persistent contact, despite my short-term disability status, led to a collection agency bill from SAVIT in East Brunswick, NJ. To this day I still get calls from her. Do not go to this office, the front desk people are extremely rude and never follow up with questions asked, I called on behalf of my daughter to get help about a referral we have asked for several times. To get her to the specialists she needs. They told me my daughter is an adult and I have no guardianship over her when she’s had an episode and was unable to speak for herself. I said I would go to the office to resolve this issue and she threatened me to call authorities if I go there. Wow wow what a joke this place is. Mother concerned and worried for her daughter and she threatened me. Dr wu get your staff together and train them on how to treat your patients with kindness and compassion as it should be.
