Brenda is awesome!! She is not only top notch in her field, she takes the time to get to know every one of her patients. As a person battling chronic health issues for over 30 years who has been to the "best" and most expensive doctors available including the Mayo Clinic I would choose Brenda over them any day! All providers are worthless if they don't take the time to know you, listen to you and aren't able to pull it all together for you. Brenda excels in this! I am so happy that Brenda and her team are here in Hot Springs. Brenda is kind, listens, and though you know her practice is busy, she makes you feel like she has all the time in the world for you.

They do not return calls or messages. It took 2 weeks for a referral to get sent then 2 weeks after that I called the surgeon the referral was sent to and was informed they never received it. Come to find out Blue Cross doesn't require a referral sent to a general surgeon. A couple days after i piseted this review, the secretary called my husband and proceeded to chew him out over my review.....last I checked retaliation is highly illegal. Very inappropriate behavior.
