My son (student) parked at an apartment complex and was towed by Cantu while he was visiting. He was directed by the tenant of the apartment to park in the parking space. He was not authorized by the Apartment Complex to park in the spot the tenant suggested, therefore has know option but to accept the responsibility of his error. The low rating for this company is due to the lack of professionalism and price gouging that we experienced. When my son arrived to get his vehicle it was approximately 20 minutes prior to closing time. Another customer was involved in a disagreement with Cantu & the customer called the police. When the police arrived, Cantu Towing closed the business & forced all customers outside the gate. The fowl language & aggressiveness from the Cantu employees was stunnin

They honestly don't even deserve a star! They are so rude and disrespectful. They over charge to get your vehicle which is ridiculous. I called numerous times and they couldn't even confirm that they towed my car. I had to drive over there just to get confirmation that they had my vehicle!!

It is sad that low life people steal and scheme from people who make a honest living. It’s obvious that Cantu is in cahoots with several businesses and apartment properties in the Lubbock area to scam people out of their money. Please beware of the game they play. If you’re looking for honesty, integrity, and professionalism this establishment may NOT be a business you want to frequent.

I dont care for this company , i watched two drivers take a car to Alderson Cadillac for repairs, park near a road that's not busy and rummage rifle through some poor lady or mans car who wasn't getting repossessed but going for repairs. I know the Alderson staff had david known im sure he would never use this company again. Its sad what ppl do for greed

Just watched them take a neighbor's car. Dude almost hit the landlord's brothers trailer with the car, and had the tire on the railing his truck half the way up the thing. Wasn't till the tire almost went of the railing till he noticed. Today at about 3:55 on Sunday June 7th.
