I scheduled a deep cleaning, and I came in and got it done. It was the fastest deep cleaning I have ever had in my life and usually it takes awhile. She didn't clean the pockets of my gums nor did she deep clean the very back teeth. She charged me $350 for a poor deep cleaning job. Yes I paid her the $350 and I was upset when i had to pay her. So I came back one week later andbi told her your dentist missed some teeth in the back and it needs to be done i soent too much money already. The staff told me no she didnt because it shows here on your chart she did the deep cleaning. I told her no i got the evidence in my mouth right now for you to see and the dentist wouldnt look in my mouth to see everything she missed. Then the staff told me "You know what this is why i was going to cancel you

The Dr's Office is good they can do better greeting and not with a fake smile But the Dentist Dr M she's Great I explained my previous encounters with other Dentists and they didn't listen Oh But Dr M listened and made me feel comfortable and then she communicated well with me and I Appreciate Dr M Fa Real and I have Referred others to this Dentist Office Thanks for All the work and time u gave me and not making me ignored Thank u Thank u Dr M and Staff.

Stay away from this place as the dentists are not professional neither in their behavior nor in their profession, Dr Branda worked on two teeth three times each on three different appointments but couldn’t fix them finally they give me a check up appointment for today when I saw the Dr. (I forgot her name) and told her the whole story and shared my concerns that “one day I will lose my teeth with so much refill every time” she tells me “yes you will lose if you don’t think positive “ instead of saying a good statement. So please stay away from this place.

Staff are all very sweet. But the doctor is unnecessarily rough. I went in for a deep cleaning, something I've done several times in the past at other clinics. I waited a long time in the room just for the doctor to jab novacane really hard into my gums 6 times. No trying to find a fatty part, or even jiggling your cheek to help it feel better. Then I waited another hour for her to come back and spend about 5 minutes to roughly clean my teeth. I'm used to some bleeding after, but the bleeding continued for hours after. And my mouth hurt still the next day. Not ever coming back.

Dr. Massara Kababchy was incredibly helpful, efficient, and thoughtful with her recommendations. Her expertise and care made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care.
