Bremerton Trails Post Acute (Formerly Bridgeview Care)

My mom was recently a patient there after her back surgery. The staff was great. The nurses answered all questions and advocated to the doctor when needed. The PT team was amazing. My only issue would be the supposed doctor they have. Never got to meet him. Tries a communication book, he never looked at it. Gave my mom pain meds that were horrible. The doctor did not care. So if you have a loved one there the staff is great but make sure you are in contact with a doctor who cares and knows what they are doing.

If you're on Medicaid it's hard to imagine a better skilled nursing facility in Kitsap. The staff is very capable, positive, and caring. They took wonderful care of my mom.

You have to stay on top of them about everything or they will forget about you , they will forget you even exist. You have to stop them and ask for your medication. You have to ask for showers. The food is always cold! And if you complain it gets worse! Can't wait to talk to social work and request for transfer.I got treated better when I was in the hospital! 🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒

TERRIBLE! I was treated badly like I’m nothing. I had a stroke but I do have aphasia.. still I’m fine and functional. Since, I was a kid.. I have CPTSD, also. This place was called for rehabilitation. I got worse, by far. While even got crowded for every room.. like 4-5 clients each. That was began for the COV. Threw me in the hospital because my stress was dangerously high. So many ways that I can’t stand this place. Many caretakers fight with you and so very unprofessional while other tenants added. I only give 2 for the provider Jen and another one but left and I get it, so badly there. Please, I hope this is better with the new name.

I was a patient here for almost 6 months and I can say that thought things were not always perfect... this place did an amazing job in getting me ready to discharge. There care was amazing and the staff staff is second to none in my books. If you are looking for a perfect place I can tell you that no such place exists. What I can tell you is that the staff here care. They love the people that they take care of and do whatever they can to help. If I ever get as sick as I was last summer and need to reenter Skilled Nursing, this is the place I will ask for.
