The most relaxing deep tissue massage i have ever had. Typically deep tissue massage hurts a bit and leaves me very sore the next day, but here there was almost zero pain. I found myself drifting off into a meditative state feeling the stress flowing out of my body, which the cupping only enhanced! Different style cupping than I am used to since the cups were not left in one spot for long periods of time. This moving cup method improved the massage and I will absolutely be getting it again! The room set up was beautiful and very relaxing. Abby was amazing in both her talent and being friendly and still professional.

I always leave the table feeling relaxed, and during a session Abby will suggest stretches I can do at home in addition to massage therapy to address the tightness and tension of my problem areas. 10 out of 10!
