I have been going to classes for almost 8 months. As somebody who is avoidant of gyms and the intimidation that comes with it, I truly enjoy the small classes and the personalized attention. Tonya and her instructors are amazing and care about you as a whole person. I am not just a member of a Pilates studio, I am a member of a community that focuses on encouraging each other on their wellness journeys.

I could not imagine starting my Pilates journey anywhere else. The small studio setting allows for the instructors to plan lessons according to whoever is attending class. Tonya and the rest of her instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable and have become great acquaintances of mine! I feel so blessed to be at Breath and Body Pilates!

I’ve been lifting weights and swimming for over a decade and was struggling to find motivation like we so often do, so I decided to try adding something new to the mix! Having never done reformer Pilates before, this studio came recommended by a friend who’s been doing it for several years. I feel a bit spoiled landing here to start my Pilates experience for several reasons; the classes are small and that makes it sooo much easier for the instructors to keep an eye on form and accommodate - no matter what level you are starting at - this form of exercise truly is for every body. I love this studio. I appreciate how each of the instructors question you as to your limitations or current pains. They are all knowledgeable and give hands-on correction or modifications, if necessary. I have been attending classes for several months and continue to improve my flexibility and strength. As a 67 year old with total shoulder replacement within the past year, it has aided my recovery tremendously.

Breath & Body Wellness is such a welcoming and supportive place. Everyone is genuinely so kind, it always makes each class a really enjoyable experience. I love that I’ve seen all people of all different ages and sizes in the studio and there’s never any judgment, it’s really a welcoming space for everyone! I also love the smaller class sizes that make sure everyone is doing the movements properly and safely. The instructors are amazing!!! They always offer challenges, modifications, and make sure to emphasize doing what is best for your body. There’s never any pressure and they remind you that you should never be in pain. It’s been such a positive and empowering experience, and I always look forward to class!
