Dr. Catherine Dang made the executive decision that no breast surgeon would provide cancer care for me and had her assistant leave that info in a voicemail. No explanation, no reason, no further contact. Back story: one of their residents botched my cancer care surgeries and left me with cancer, a myriad of complications, and no referrals or follow up. Instead of fixing this person's mistake, the entire team of "professionals" opted to turn their backs. Very unethical. Remember these people aren't here for patient care, but for a paycheck and to dodge any negative outcomes or press they receive.

My daughter has biopsy last Wednesday she was told she work get the result Friday or Monday. Monday was a holiday so we did not expect them. The doctors office text her yesterday that they didn’t have the results. It is now a week since the biopsy and she has not results. To call the breast center you only get a live person if you press make an appointment- but they send to to a phone line that one one picks up. Such poor communication and service. No one should wait over a week for biopsy results. Do go here if you have another option.

It's been over a year since my patienthood here for BRCA1 (So I'm here A LOT). Nothing but stellar medical care by a compassionate, educated and skillful team. I consider myself beyond blessed to be under their care and guidance.

This is pleasant and well run facility takes the sting out of my annual mammogram and ultrasound. Everyone is kind, professional and generous with their time

The purpose of a radiology assistant is to ensure that the images are clean. That means instructing patients correctly. This place fails here. If I (a patient), do as I’m told, and am re-assured that all went well, then I deserve cleanly interpreted results. Not to be told to return due to movement. And if so, please pay patients for their time, energy, and money wasted, due to your mistakes.
