I injured my left shoulder while working out and for a while, I couldn’t exercise properly. Since starting therapy, I’ve regained mobility, the pain has gone down a lot, and I’m slowly getting back to normal. Jess has been amazing to work with. She always takes her time with me, is super professional, and clearly has a lot of experience with sports injuries. The team is also really flexible with my schedule, which made it much easier to stay consistent with my sessions.
