I've been a Brasseler customer for many years. And as a private practice owner, this company understands us. Also, my new Sales Rep Katie Nelson is really great. She educated me on new Brasseler products and services without pushing hard for a sale. She was professional, courteous, and listened to my needs as a small business owner. Thank you Katie and thank you Brasseler.

I've been a Brasseler customer for years and with good reason. But of all the people I've ever interacted with at Brasseler, this guy is outta the ballpark with knowledge of Brasseler products, the ins and out of clinical dental procedural practice (i.e. nuts & bolts of Dentistry) and has a way of taking his time with folks that is the highest order of magnanimous in terms of being an asset to Brasseler. This gentleman is a consummate professional, comes across so real (because, well, he is and you can't fake that...) and my time coming to this conference was made worth it by meeting and buying from Brasseler and

We bought a dental practice from a previous dentist. The phone number for that office was tied to his Brassler account. For 15 years we tried to have Brassler correct this account. They said it would be done and never was. Finallly, 2 weeks ago we set up a new account. But we could not log in because they said the email was still tied to the old account. So they deleted the old account. Now we were not able to log in because the password was tied to the old account. One rep told me to create a new account and password. This did not work. Jay was pleasant but what he walked me through did not work, so he turned it over to IT (and still did not work). I called back and spoke with Rhonda (she was pleasant). She told me the computer just needed to refresh, but to try in the morning.

Ken Sloane best rep I have ever had for 20 years in practice. Always gets me what I need ASAP. Quality products, last longer than other companies.

I attempted to order a cap for an electric dental handpiece. The part costs about $20. Brassler refused to sell it saying that the handpiece required a $525 rebuild. I've had handpiece caps come off before, screwed them back on, and had no difficulty. Even if they were correct, they could have sold the part, then done the rebuild if it did not resolve the issue. This is clearly a case of price gouging. Had no problem obtaining the part from a different vendor. I will not do business with a company that has an obvious culture of deceit.
